What is your refund policy?


Because of the digital nature of our templates, they cannot be returned. All purchases are non-refundable. If you have any questions about our refund policy, please feel free to reach out to us at hi@idco.studio before making your purchase.




Do you offer payment plans?


We do not offer payment plans at this time.




What is the difference between the IDCO Shop and IDCO Studio Services?


Our shop is where you’ll find pre-made templates, presets, graphics, and other creative and business tools for interior designers. These are easy-to-use, ready to publish, and require a single payment only. Simply add them to your cart, check out, and receive your corresponding digital downloads and instructions for how to use and customize them immediately. Our service section, on the other hand, is where you can learn more about commissioning IDCO Studio for custom projects, like a fully bespoke website and brand identity, as well as monthly content creation for Instagram, Pinterest, blogs, and email newsletters.




I’m just starting out and need help with everything! Where do I begin?


First, let us congratulate you on launching your own design studio! That’s an amazing accomplishment, and we are excited to support you on this dream journey as an entrepreneur! When you’re just starting out, we know the budget can be tight, so we recommend choosing one of our Website Templates as an initial investment. Because we only sell 10 of each, you can maintain the same colors, fonts, and much of the pre-filled copy without worrying that your brand and website will look and sound like everyone else’s. Over time, you can update the template with your own custom logo as well as branded fonts and colors, but we design each template so that you don’t need to have any of these things right away to get up and running.

Do I need tech experience to use your Website Templates?


Not one bit! No coding skills or previous web design experience is required. We do recommend having a basic understanding of simple software (We're talking the equivalent of point and click), but we’re continuously impressed with the ease of use on the Wix platform and know you'll be, too.




What do you mean by “limited release” Website Templates for interior designers?


Each template will only be sold 10 times, then never released again. Ever. This helps maintain the level of customized, high-end design that IDCO




What’s included in Website Template Implementation?


While our Website Templates come with step-by-step tutorials, sometimes you need a little extra help. Our Studio can implement your content for your new website for a single flat fee. Here’s what’s included: Implement your existing branding, including logos, fonts, colors Implement and lay out your submitted copy Upload and place images throughout the template Upload portfolio projects Customize your contact forms Implement standard SEO and cross links Transfer and upload up to three blog posts Upload up to 50 products into your online store (with the purchase of one of e-commerce templates) Make any necessary design refinements Once you check out, you'll receive a digital questionnaire within 48 hours of purchase, which you will use to provide our team with all the details of your branding, images, and services offerings. You should plan to commit three-four hours to complete your questionnaire in its entirety. After receiving your completed questionnaire, we will take two weeks to turn your content into an expertly crafted new website from your purchased template. Please note, this purchase does not include creating your branding, creating custom website pages or modules, or crafting custom copy. Simply add-to-cart with the purchase of your Website Template, and we'll be in touch shortly with your implementation questionnaire.




How long will it take to get my website up and running when I buy a website template?


If you buy a website template and choose to tackle implementation yourself, this process can take anywhere from a few hours to a few weeks. Exactly how long it takes depends upon how familiar you are with Wix, how much time you have to dedicate to the process, how much of your copy and brand identity you already have created and ready to implement, and how much content (think migrating blog posts and the number of projects in your portfolio) you want to upload. We give you step-by-step instructions along with copywriting prompts to make the process as smooth and as quick as possible, but everything is completely customizable–so if your creativity is running wild and you want to add a few additional pages or modules to the site, that might make it take a tiny bit longer to set live.









SHOP ITEMS

What programs do you use for Shop items?


All of our Client Documents, Instagram Templates, and Pinterest Graphics are designed for Canva and cannot be used or edited on any other platform. For best results, we recommend downloading your final customized template in PDF format. Our Contracts and Client Email templates are Microsoft Word Documents, Client Questionnaires are Google Forms, and Photo Presets are for Lightroom Mobile.




What Client Process template should I start with?


That completely depends on the structure of your design firm and where your current gaps are! If you’re just starting out and are in need of the full suite, save $150 with our Client Process Bundles, which include a matching Investment Guide, Design Proposal, Welcome Kit, Design Presentation, and Goodbye Packet along with corresponding Pinterest and Instagram templates.




How often are new Shop items released?


We launch new items in the Shop regularly! Sign up for our newsletter and follow along on Instagram to be the first to know about new Website Templates and other product launches.

We keep these as questionnaires short, easy to use, and to the point, so you can focus your time doing what you do best–running your amazing design business, of course!

an you fix my current Squarespace/Wordpress/ShowIt website?


While we know there are many amazing website hosting platforms out here, IDCO Studio specializes in Wix and Editor X. The two ways to work with us are by either purchasing one of our Website Templates and adding our Implementation and Copywriting services, which will allow us to migrate your existing website content over as well as craft custom messaging for your website, or to commission us for a fully custom Editor X website, which includes creating your visual branding and brand voice.
