SpecClip Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using the SpecClip Chrome extension ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Extension. These Terms are provided by IDCO Studio ("we," "us," "our").

2. Description of Service
SpecClip is a Chrome extension that allows interior designers and other professionals to save product specifications from websites directly to their Google Sheets. The service requires a Google account and grants us limited access to your Google Sheets solely to write product data on your behalf.

3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use SpecClip only for its intended purpose — saving product specification data to your own Google Sheets. You agree not to:

• Use the Extension for any unlawful purpose

• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the Extension

• Use the Extension to access or modify sheets you do not own or have permission to edit

• Interfere with the Extension's backend services

4. Google Account & Data
By connecting your Google account, you authorize SpecClip to write data to your Google Sheets on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time via your Google Account permissions. We do not sell or share your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Intellectual Property
SpecClip, its code, design, and associated assets are the property of IDCO Studio. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for personal or professional use. You may not reproduce or redistribute the Extension without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
SpecClip is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all websites. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from use of the Extension.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IDCO Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SpecClip, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.

8. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue SpecClip at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time — continued use of the Extension after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination
We reserve the right to revoke your access to SpecClip at our discretion if we believe you are in violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
