  • How customizable are your templates?
    All of our templates, from Website Templates to Client Process Documents are 100% fully customizable. You can add your own branding, change the fonts and colors, and rearrange the layouts. Unlike other platforms, there are no limitations to what can be changed in our Wix and Canva templates.
  • What if I need help?
    We are here for you! From our extensive Tutorial Library to our dedicated Product Manager ready to answer your questions via email or chat, we vow to get you the answers you need. Need help? Email us anytime at and we'll get back to you within 24 hours Monday-Friday.
  • What does "Implementation" mean and do I have to purchase it?
    Our Implementation service refers to the process of installing and setting up your new website template in order to make it operational for use. At IDCO Studio, our team of designers and product managers will take your completed digital questionnaire and upload all of your photos and content, update your fonts and colors, and make any design adjustments to suit your business. While our implementation services are not certainly not mandatory (our templates were built to DIY), they can be extremely helpful in ensuring that you get the most out of your purchase. If you are unsure whether or not you need implementation services for your specific product, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your options with you.
  • Can I use an IDCO website template on Squarespace?
    Thank you for checking! Unfortunately not. All IDCO Studio website templates are built on the Wix platform and cannot be used on any other website builder. Unsure if you want to leave your current website host? Contact us and let's chat through what makes the most sense for you.
  • I don't use an IDCO website template, can I still purchase your Copywriting service?
    Thank you for asking, but we reserve all of our team's time to serving IDCO Studio clients. When you decide you're ready to move to an IDCO template, we'll be eager to craft beautiful, compelling copy for your new website.
  • What's included in your "Copywriting" services?
    Our team of professional copywriters, who work exclusively in the interior design industry, will work with you to craft compelling copy for every page of your website - from the tricky about page to your project descriptions. Within 48 hours of your purchase, you'll receive a digital questionnaire to provide our on-staff copywriters with all the details of your business and service offerings. Out team will then take two weeks to turn your homework answers into expertly crafted copy you can paste directly into your new website template. You should plan to dedicate a minimum of two hours to completing your questionnaire. If you also purchase our Implementation Service, our team will place all of the professional copy into your website for you.
  • What platform are your website templates built on?
    All of our website templates are built on Wix. We chose this platform because of the ease of use, unlimited customization, excellent customer support, and affordability. Our website templates are only available for use on the Wix platform and are not compatible with other website plaforms such as Wordpress or Squarespace. Ready to move over to an IDCO website template on Wix from another platform? We'd be happy to implement it for you.
  • What format are your Client Process Documents delivered in?
    All of our Client Process Documents, Instagram Templates and Pinterest Templates are built in Canva. Canva is a free online design software that allows your entire team to access the designs with no expensive software licenses needed. The templates are super simple to edit or customize, simply drag and drop or click to edit. Our Client Process Documents are not available in any other format.
  • I want a sold out website template or brand - can I still buy it?
    Unfortunately, if a website template is marked as sold out, it means that it is no longer available for purchase. However, we update our collection with beautiful new templates on a regular basis, so be sure to check back often. If you have a specific design in mind, feel free to contact us and we'll recommend our favorite option for you. Thank you for considering IDCO Studio for your website design or branding needs.
  • What does "Limited Release" mean?
    Here at IDCO Studio, we've balanced exclusivity with diversity. Each Limited Release website template design is only sold 10 times--ensuring your investment is never oversaturated in the market. Additionally, our pre-made brands are limited to being customized just 5 times per design. Our award winning design team releases entirely new website designs bi-monthly to offer an array of design options. Have a favorite design? Make sure to purchase now to ensure it does not sell out.
